In Bihar, the NDA is devising a new strategy to strengthen its electoral prospects, particularly at the booth level. The plan involves deploying a team of young volunteers at each polling booth to connect directly with the voters and promote the government’s initiatives. This approach is seen as crucial for overcoming the challenges the NDA faces in the upcoming elections. Each booth will have around ten youth workers responsible for communicating with voters and publicizing the government’s programs.
The BJP and its allies are focusing on strengthening the party’s presence in all the 94,000 booths, with special emphasis on 4,180 weak booths. These booths are where the NDA’s vote share was below 30% in previous elections. The ‘Booth-10 Youth’ campaign is intended to improve the NDA’s prospects by deploying youth workers who will connect with the electorate and inform them about the NDA’s schemes.
