The Bihar Idea Festival celebrated a range of innovative projects. Shashi Kumar of Patna won first place for his portable automated medical waste water treatment system. Adarsh Arav from Saharsa secured second place for his AI-powered autonomous drone platform, Garudnetra. Shambhavi Sharma from Western Champaran came in third with her low-smoke, high-efficiency cookstove, Vayu Jyoti. Ajit Kumar from Siwan was awarded for his cold storage facility utilizing biogas. Finally, Yog Srivastava from Patna developed India’s first AI-powered legal operating system and received 5,000 rupees. The winners will be given direct entry into the pitching round under the Bihar Startup Policy-2022.
