
A land dispute in Purnia, Bihar, resulted in a violent clash between two parties. The dispute over land led to the use of arrows, causing injuries. There are also claims of shots being fired during the altercation. The incident occurred in the Hanuman Nagar area, under the jurisdiction of the Raghuvansh Nagar OP police station. The dispute involved 35 decimal units of land and led to injuries from arrows. Following the incident, police were deployed to maintain order, turning the village into a fortified area.
The two injured individuals were admitted to a hospital for treatment. Both victims, who are reportedly cousins, were struck by arrows. One was hit in the chest, the other in the stomach, and doctors successfully removed the arrows after considerable effort. The police were informed of the event and reached the scene; however, the accused had already fled. The police later apprehended the accused and brought them into custody. The village is currently experiencing a tense atmosphere. All the injured individuals are receiving treatment at Purnia Medical College.
