The ‘Voter Rights March,’ which began on August 17, is set to conclude in Patna today, with Rahul Gandhi leading the march alongside Tejashwi Yadav and other Mahagathbandhan leaders. The march aims to raise awareness against alleged vote theft and will start from the Mahatma Gandhi statue at Gandhi Maidan, concluding at the Baba Saheb Ambedkar statue.
During the 16-day march, Rahul Gandhi and other leaders targeted the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and the Election Commission, raising slogans against vote theft. The march has traversed over 110 assembly constituencies in 25 districts, covering a distance of more than 1300 kilometers. The march is seen as a crucial campaign before the upcoming assembly elections, which are scheduled for later this year.
On the 14th day of the march, Rahul Gandhi stated that the ‘revolution’ in Bihar would spread across the country, and the BJP would no longer be allowed to steal votes and elections. The march has received unprecedented support from the people of Bihar.
