The construction of the international cricket stadium in Bihar is generating excitement among the state’s residents. It is expected to boost sports tourism, regional development, job creation, and the local economy. The work on the Rajgir International Cricket Stadium is anticipated to be completed within a month, with preparations for an opening ceremony in September.
Following the Narendra Modi Stadium in Gujarat, this will be the second-largest stadium in the country with state-of-the-art facilities and a capacity for over 40,000 spectators. It is reported that a BCCI curator will inspect the stadium in the first week of September, and the stadium will be opened for matches or practice sessions after their report is received.
