In a recent press conference, RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav targeted the Nitish Kumar government, focusing on the actions of Minister Jibesh Mishra. Yadav accused Mishra of being involved in a fake drug case and presented a video as evidence of his alleged misconduct. The video purportedly showed the minister assaulting a journalist for asking about road conditions.
Following the video’s display, Yadav raised concerns about law and order and questioned if the Chief Minister was aware of the minister’s actions. He demanded that the minister be dismissed, an FIR be filed, and that justice be served to the affected journalist. He accused the government of protecting criminals.
Ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Bihar, Yadav raised concerns about the state’s infrastructure, including roads and schools, as well as the issues faced by women and youth due to poverty and inflation. He also questioned the financial burden of the Prime Minister’s rallies on Bihar and brought up the Prime Minister’s previous promises to the state. Yadav accused the Prime Minister of making false promises to the people of Bihar.
