The aftermath of a cloudburst in Dharali, Uttarakhand, has brought immense sorrow to the families of 11 laborers from Bihar, who are now presumed missing and feared dead. The incident on August 5th, caused by heavy rainfall, triggered a landslide that devastated the area. Rescue operations involving the army, NDRF, SDRF, and the district administration are underway, but the search for the missing laborers has been unsuccessful.
