
The flood situation in Khagaria, Bihar, has created difficult circumstances for its residents. Approximately 1.25 lakh people are affected by the flooding from the Ganga and Burhi Gandak rivers. The groom, Mohammad Zafar, and his wedding party arrived at Dighon in Beldaur block by boat, highlighting the impact of the floods on daily life.
