As part of the ‘Shri Ramlala Darshan Yojana,’ the first special train for the financial year 2025-26 will depart from Raipur Railway Station on July 15, 2025, to transport devotees to Ayodhya Dham. The scheme, a brainchild of Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai, is designed to offer residents of Chhattisgarh a chance to visit the sacred Ram Lalla temple. The launch will be graced by the Chief Minister and other key officials. A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was established on February 23, 2024, between the Chhattisgarh Tourism Board and the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC).
