Bank manager became victim of fake trading app, lost Rs 21 lakh in pursuit of manifold returns…

Ashutosh Tiwari, Jagdalpur. Once again a case of fraud through fake trading app has come to light, in which Axis Bank manager Manoj Joshi lost Rs 21 lakh. The thugs got Manoj to invest in a fake app by promising manifold returns. According to the FIR lodged at Bodhghat police station, initially Manoj Joshi’s investment on the app was shown as profitable, but when he tried to withdraw the money, the withdrawal did not happen, due to which he felt cheated. After this he lodged an FIR in the police station.

Let us tell you that even before this, two such cases of fraud have come to light in Jagdalpur, in which the police had caught the inter-state gang. Bastar SP Shalabh Singha says that the police will soon be successful in reaching the criminals in this case also.
