
Raipur, October 7, 2025/A special campaign named “Bastar Rising”, a joint effort of the Public Relations Department of the Chhattisgarh government and the District Administration of all districts of Bastar division, is going to start from October 8. This campaign, which will run for two weeks, will be organized in all seven districts of Bastar division. The objective of this campaign is to showcase Bastar’s cultural, environmental, and entrepreneurial capabilities at the national level. During the campaign, dialogues, workshops, and cultural programs will be organized among experts, youth, artisans, and local communities. The caravan of “Bastar Rising” will visit Keshkal, Narayanpur, Kondagaon, Sukma, Dantewada, Bijapur, Chitrakot, Barsur, and Jagdalpur. During this time, special focus will be given to the potential related to art, handicrafts, agriculture, tourism, sports, and education in Bastar. The campaign will conclude in Raipur in the form of “Harmony Fest 2025”, which will showcase Bastar’s inspiring stories, innovations, and cultural heritage. This event will be based on the theme “Dil Mela – Dil Mein La”.
