
At the Nuakhai Milan ceremony in Jagdalpur, Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai announced a ₹75 lakh investment for the Dhurwa community, earmarked for building domes in five locations. The project aims to provide each site with a dome costing ₹15 lakh. Sai also addressed the development plans proposed by the 36 sarpanches of the Dhurwa community. Sai highlighted the government’s commitment to the advancement of tribal communities. He discussed the ‘Dharti Aba Gram Utkarsh Yojana’ which is a scheme launched by PM Modi to ensure financial assistance for the progress of tribal-dominated villages. The government has allocated ₹80,000 crore for this scheme. The Prime Minister Janman Yojana has been launched to aid PVTGs and to integrate them into the development process.
