
A car accident in the Rajnandgaon district of Chhattisgarh resulted in the deaths of six individuals from Indore. The group was journeying to Jagannath Puri in Odisha after visiting the Mahakal Temple in Ujjain. The accident occurred near Chirchari village around 5 a.m. on Friday morning when the driver apparently fell asleep at the wheel, causing the car to lose control and collide with a truck on the opposite side of the road. Five people died instantly at the scene, while two others were critically injured. Upon receiving information about the incident, the police arrived at the scene, and the bodies and injured were transported to the Community Health Center in Chhuria, where one of the injured succumbed to their injuries. According to the police, six people died in the accident, and the injured person has been admitted to Rajnandgaon Medical College Hospital. Police have registered a case and are investigating the matter.
