
Raipur / The holy land of Chhattisgarh is the birthplace of Mother Kausalya as well as the maternal home of Lord Shri Ram – this is a matter of great fortune and pride for us. Lord Shri Ram spent most of his fourteen-year exile in this holy land of Chhattisgarh, which illuminated this land with the divinity of devotion, sacrifice, and dignity. Chief Minister Mr. Vishnu Deo Sai said this while addressing a tribute meeting organized today at Maa Kausalya Dham, Jamdi Patshwar Ashram, located in village Bade Jungera, Daundilohara development block of Balod district.
Chief Minister Mr. Vishnu Deo Sai paid tribute by reaching the samadhi site of Saint Shri Ramkrishna Das Mahatyagi and Saint Shri Ramjankidas Mahatyagi. Bowing to the contribution of both saintly great men to the nation, society, and spirituality, he said that this land of Chhattisgarh is still illuminated by their sacrifice, penance, and service.
Chief Minister Mr. Sai said that Babaji was a brilliant sadhak and a symbol of sacrifice, service, and spirituality. He dedicated his entire life to public welfare and service to humanity.
He said that the inspiration of such saints is the soul of our society and the foundation of the cultural pride of the state.
Chief Minister Mr. Sai said that this divine abode taking shape in the maternal home of Lord Shri Ram will become a symbol of Chhattisgarh’s faith, culture, and pride. He met Saint Balak Das Mahatyagi ji and took detailed information about the progress of the construction work.
On this occasion, Agriculture Minister Mr. Ramvichar Netam, Forest Minister Mr. Kedar Kashyap, MP Mr. Bhojraj Nag, MLA Mr. Purandar Mishra, along with many public representatives and a large number of devotees were present.
