A missing child is the focus of a search in the Janjgir-Champa district following an incident at the Dhabadih Tangar Dam. A minor was caught in the strong current while crossing an anicut in the Kosir Gram Panchayat area under the jurisdiction of Pamgarh police station. The event happened around 11 am this Monday. The Pamgarh police arrived at the scene promptly. Although local residents searched the area, the child has not yet been found. An SDRF team has been called to join the search, with a crowd of people watching. The child’s bicycle and slippers were found on the structure. Search operations continue.
