
CM Shri Sai announces beautification of Duladula Chhath Ghat
Raipur October 27, 2025/On the occasion of the Chhath Mahaparva, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai and his wife Smt. Kaushalya Sai reached Duladula Chhath Ghat and offered Arghya to the Sun, wishing for the prosperity and happiness of the state.
Chief Minister Shri Sai extended his warm greetings and best wishes to the people of the state on Chhath Puja. He said that it is a very fortunate opportunity for him to be included in the Chhath festival.
Chief Minister Shri Sai said that it is only due to the trust and affection of the public that he has got the opportunity for public service, and he is continuously striving for the development of the region and the fulfillment of public expectations.
On the demand of the residents of Duladula, Chief Minister Shri Sai announced the beautification of the Chhath Ghat. He said that the beautification work of Duladula Chhath Ghat will be completed by the next Chhath festival. He said that the beautification of Kunkuri Chhath Ghat has been done at a cost of approximately ₹5 crore 17 lakh, where fasting women are performing puja with full devotion this year.
On this occasion, Zila Panchayat Vice President Shri Shauryapratap Singh Judev, Janpad Panchayat Duladula President Shri Ramkumar Singh, IG Shri Deepak Kumar Jha, Collector Shri Rohit Vyas, Superintendent of Police Shri Shashimohan Singh, along with women observing Chhath fast, public representatives, and a large number of villagers were present.
