Raipur November 7, 2025/ Addressing a program organized at Mantralaya Mahanadi Bhavan on the completion of 150 years of the national song Vande Mataram, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai said that Valmiki’s Ramayana describes the motherland as superior to heaven – “Janani Janmabhumishcha Swargadapi Gareeyasi”. He said that the service of the land that gave us birth, nurtured us, and gave us identity is the greatest dharma of our lives. Worship of Mother India should not be just in words, but through the proper fulfillment of our duties.
Chief Minister Shri Sai said that when we worship Mother India, it is also necessary to give Dakshina (offering) in the puja. In this context, he said that to realize the dream of a developed India by 2047 envisioned by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, every officer, employee, and public representative of Chhattisgarh should perform their respective duties with complete dedication and honesty. This will be our true patriotism towards our motherland and the most important offering.
