Raipur October 26, 2025/Life is incomplete without education. Education is not just a means to get a job, but a path to a successful life. Education is the mantra of social development. Whether it is the art of living, business, agriculture, or any other field – education plays an important role in success in every field. Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai said this while addressing the oath-taking and Diwali Milan ceremony of Chhattisgarh Pradesh Manikpuri Panika Society held at Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Auditorium in the capital Raipur.
Chief Minister Shri Sai administered the oath to all the newly elected office bearers and congratulated them. He said that the state government has been continuously working in the field of education since its inception. While there was only one medical college at the time of the formation of the state, today about 15 medical colleges are operating in the state. Similarly, prestigious educational institutions of national and international repute – such as IIT, Triple-IT, IIM, Law University, AIIMS, and CIPET – have been established in Chhattisgarh, providing education and opportunities to the local students of the state.
Chief Minister Shri Sai further said that today the society needs to be organized, because a nation becomes strong only through an organized society. He said that your society has also made an invaluable contribution to the field of art and literature since ancient times. It is certainly a matter of pride for the entire society that the goddess mother descends on a girl from the Panika community during the Kachhandevi ritual during the world-famous Bastar Dussehra.
Chief Minister Shri Sai said that the mantra of the honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is – Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, and Sabka Prayas. Under his guidance, our government has been continuously working for the welfare of all sections for the last 22 months. We have taken steps like the Farmer Advancement Scheme in the interest of farmers, Prime Minister Housing Scheme to provide pucca houses, Matari Vandan Yojana to empower mothers and sisters, and teacher rationalization to address the shortage of teachers in schools in remote areas.
On this occasion, Chairman of Chhattisgarh Mati Kala Board, Shri Shambhu Nath Chakraborty, also addressed the program and congratulated all the newly elected office bearers.
President of Chhattisgarh Pradesh Manikpuri Panika Society Shri Bharat Das Manikpuri, along with society officials, public representatives, and a large number of dignitaries were present at the program.
