Under the leadership of Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai, Chhattisgarh is launching the ‘Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar Abhiyan’ and National Nutrition Month 2025. The state-level program in Raipur will be inaugurated on September 17th at the Agriculture College Auditorium. This campaign is part of a broader national effort to improve the health and well-being of women and children. The initiative will include a multitude of health camps throughout the state, offering crucial health services, including screenings for diseases. The National Nutrition Month will feature special activities at the community level, promoting nutritional awareness and access to nutritious food. The program also aims to encourage the participation of men and young people in child-rearing practices. The campaign reflects the state government’s priority on ensuring quality health and nutrition services for every mother and child, with the goal of building a healthy future generation. Special programs like ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’ will link tree planting with maternal respect and environmental conservation. Further activities include blood donation camps and mobile medical unit services.
