Between July 1 and July 3, the price of 100 grams of gold rose by 20,700 rupees, and the price of 10 grams rose by 2,070 rupees. In addition, 100 grams of 22-carat gold is priced at 9,05,000 rupees, having fallen by 5,500 rupees. On Friday, 10 grams of gold was priced at 550 rupees less. On the MCX, the price of gold dropped to an intraday low of 96,735 rupees per 10 grams on July 4th, before closing at 96,988 rupees, a decrease of 2 rupees. Silver prices, on the other hand, saw a slight increase, closing at 1,08,438 rupees per kilogram, up 9 rupees on July 4th.
