Chhattisgarh schools are celebrating Shala Utsav as the new academic year begins. Due to the ongoing heatwave, the government has decided to modify school schedules. According to an official order from the School Education Department, classes will be held from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM from June 17th to June 21st. Normal school hours will be reinstated on June 23rd. The start of the new term coincides with plans to improve the quality of education. School authorities will inspect schools to check the facilities, teaching methods, and teacher-student engagements.
