
The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued alerts for heavy rainfall in numerous states from July 11th to 16th. The affected areas include the Western Himalayan region, North India, Central India, and the Northeast, which are likely to experience thunderstorms. Delhi is under a yellow alert, with the weather forecast predicting a minimum temperature of 23 degrees Celsius and a maximum of 31 degrees Celsius on Friday. The capital and its surrounding areas are expected to have rainy conditions for the next seven days. Significant rainfall is anticipated in Eastern Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, and Jammu and Kashmir from July 11th to 16th. Punjab, Haryana, and Chandigarh are also expected to see intense rainfall on July 11th and 16th. Western Uttar Pradesh will experience rain from July 11th to 13th, and Eastern Uttar Pradesh will be affected on July 11th and 12th. Heavy rainfall is forecasted for Western Rajasthan from July 11th to 16th. Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, and Jharkhand are also under weather warnings. East Madhya Pradesh is likely to face extremely heavy rainfall on July 11th-12th, along with strong winds. Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Mizoram, and Tripura will have thunderstorms and heavy rain from July 11th to 16th. Goa, Gujarat, Saurashtra, Kutch, and the Ghat regions of central Maharashtra can expect heavy rainfall on July 13th and 14th. Kerala, Karnataka, and Lakshadweep may experience light to moderate rainfall with heavy showers in some areas in the coming days.
