
Authorities are investigating a disturbing case in Chhattisgarh’s Durg district, where the bodies of two children were found in separate wells. The incident has caused considerable alarm among local residents. Law enforcement officials arrived at the scene promptly, initiating an investigation and registering a case. The Amleshwar Police confirmed the discovery.
The event occurred in Khamharia village in the Patan block. Police were informed by villagers regarding a foul smell coming from two wells. The Amleshwar police, supported by the community, recovered the bodies from the wells. The hands and feet of both children were tied with cloth, leading investigators to suspect foul play. The bodies are believed to have been in the wells for approximately four days.
The ages of the children are believed to be approximately 10 and 12. The identities of the children are yet to be established. A forensic team is aiding in the ongoing investigation.
