
India is currently experiencing the monsoon season, with the IMD issuing alerts for various states. Delhi is under a yellow alert for the next four days, with heavy rain and thunderstorms expected on Saturday, accompanied by winds up to 40 kmph. The temperature is expected to see a minor decrease.
The IMD has forecast heavy to very heavy rainfall in many parts of India. Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand can expect heavy rainfall today. Bihar is likely to experience heavy rainfall from June 24 to 26. Heavy rainfall is also expected in Madhya Pradesh, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, and Odisha. The western part of India will also be affected by the monsoon, with heavy rainfall in Goa, central Maharashtra, and Gujarat. The northeastern states are expected to have monsoon activity for the next seven days.
