Some areas might also experience heavy rainfall accompanied by thunder and lightning. In Bihar, the monsoon has intensified after a period of lighter activity. The weather department forecasts light rainfall in some parts of Bihar today. Heavy rainfall is expected in several districts of the state over the next seven days, starting Thursday. Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Vidarbha, and Madhya Pradesh are also likely to receive rainfall. The mountainous regions are also experiencing significant rainfall.
