A principal in Durg, Chhattisgarh, is facing arrest after being accused of assaulting a nursery student for greeting her with ‘Radhe-Radhe.’ The incident took place at Mother Teresa English Medium School. According to the child’s father, Praveen Yadav, his daughter was physically punished and had tape placed on her mouth after she used the greeting. The police registered a First Information Report (FIR) and arrested the principal, Ila Even Colvin, based on the complaint. The police are currently investigating the case, and the incident has sparked discussions about appropriate disciplinary measures in schools.
