The Pendra district administration has responded firmly to instances of inadequate implementation of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana within the Pendra development block. Secretary Rajkumar Sharma of Tendumuda Gram Panchayat has been suspended for negligence and a lack of commitment. Moreover, a show-cause notice has been issued to Jyoti Kashyap, the Employment Assistant from the same panchayat. Also, the Secretary of Thadpathra Gram Panchayat has been instructed to be relocated promptly. These actions are a result of directions from District Panchayat CEO Surendra Prasad Vaidh, who stressed that the government will not accept any negligence in government programs. All panchayat employees have been alerted that strict action will be taken against anyone hindering the PM Awas Yojana.
