The Pendra district administration has taken decisive measures in response to instances of negligence in the execution of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana within the Pendra development block. Secretary Rajkumar Sharma of Tendumuda Gram Panchayat has been suspended as a result of his negligence and lack of diligence. A show-cause notice has also been issued to Jyoti Kashyap, the employment assistant associated with the same panchayat.
Furthermore, directives have been issued to promptly transfer the secretary of Thadpathra Gram Panchayat to a different assignment.
These actions were taken under the direction of District Panchayat CEO Surendra Prasad Vaidya. He has firmly stated that any form of negligence in government schemes will not be tolerated. He has warned all panchayat employees that strict action will be taken against anyone impeding the progress of essential schemes like the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.
The administration’s stringent approach has led to heightened activity within the panchayats, with instructions given to other panchayats to ensure the timely and transparent implementation of the schemes.
