A teenager was caught in the strong flow of water and swept away while crossing an anicut near the Dhabadih Tangar Dam, located in Kosir Gram Panchayat, within the Pamgarh police station area of Janjgir-Champa district. The event took place this Monday morning at 11 am. Upon receiving the news, Pamgarh police immediately reached the spot. Local villagers joined in the search, but the child is still missing. An SDRF team is on its way to assist. A large crowd has gathered at the scene. The child’s cycle and footwear were observed on the anicut. The search operation is in progress.
