Following the recovery of Archana Tiwari from Katni, Madhya Pradesh, authorities are now searching for Jyoti from Betul district, who has also gone missing after traveling by train. The young woman’s family has been actively searching for her for three days with no success.
Jyoti, who is 20 years old and resides in the Kherwara village in the Athner police station area, left Raipur three days ago to return home. Her family reported her missing on Tuesday.
Jyoti had been working at a private company in Raipur for two months and stayed in a hostel. On Sunday, she informed her brother that she was taking a train to Betul. The phone went off around 3 PM that day. Since then, no one has heard from her.
Her family contacted her colleagues, who confirmed that Jyoti boarded a train for home on Sunday morning. However, she didn’t arrive at home or return to the hostel. She was expected in Betul by Monday morning.
The family, unable to reach Jyoti, filed a complaint at the Athner police station on Tuesday. The police have started searching for her at railway stations and nearby areas. The family is worried because there has been no contact for three days. They said that their daughter always kept in touch during her travels, but this time, her phone went off suddenly, and they haven’t heard from her, which is a cause of concern.
