
Chhattisgarh’s Sukma district witnessed a significant security success today as three Naxalites were killed in a fierce encounter with the District Reserve Guard (DRG). The clash occurred in the heavily forested hills falling under the Bhejji and Chintagufa police station limits. The DRG team was engaged in a critical anti-Naxalite mission when they came into contact with Maoist elements.
Based on precise intelligence regarding Maoist insurgent movements, the operation commenced early in the morning. Authorities have confirmed the tragic end for three Naxalites during the ensuing gun battle. The security forces remain vigilant, with the ongoing operation aimed at securing the area and preventing further subversive activities.
