Raipur, November 12, 2025/The Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Department has launched the ‘Tuher Token Mobile App’ for the Kharif Marketing Year 2025-26 to provide a smooth and better system for farmers for paddy sale. Through this app, farmers will get the facility of tokens for paddy sale from home, which will provide relief from long queues at cooperatives.
This mobile app is available on the Google Play Store. In this app, farmers will first have to register through Aadhaar-based OTP. Farmers can apply for tokens through this app daily from 8:00 AM.
Food Secretary Mrs. Reena Baba Saheb Kangale informed that keeping in mind the transparency and convenience in the paddy procurement process, marginal farmers (2 acres or less land) will be given a maximum of 1 token, small farmers (2 to 10 acres) a maximum of 2 tokens, and large farmers (more than 10 acres) a maximum of 3 tokens.
The time limit for creating a new token has been set from Sunday to Friday (from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Issued tokens will be valid for the next 07 procurement days.
70 percent of the daily procurement limit of the paddy procurement center will be reserved for tokens through the mobile app. Out of this 70 percent, 80 percent has been reserved for small and marginal farmers and 20 percent for large farmers.
For example, if the daily procurement limit of a procurement center is 1000 quintals, then out of the 700 quintals reserved for the mobile app, 560 quintals will be reserved for small and marginal farmers and 140 quintals for large farmers.
The remaining 30 percent tokens will also be available for farmers at the society level, so that farmers of all categories can get a convenient and smooth system for selling paddy.
The ‘Tuher Token Mobile App’ developed by the Food Department will empower the farmers of the state through modern technology, ensuring transparency, equal opportunity, and saving time in the procurement system.
