Raipur, November 05, 2025/Vice President Shri C.P. Radhakrishnan, Governor Shri Romen Deka and Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai paid homage and offered floral tributes to Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhupen Hazarika, a versatile personality who made significant contributions to the cultural field of modern Assam, on his death anniversary at Raj Bhavan today.
On this occasion, the First Lady of the state, Smt. Rani Deka Kakoti, Secretary to the Governor, Dr. C.R. Prasanna, and officers and employees of Raj Bhavan paid tribute to Shri Hazarika by offering floral tributes to his portrait.
