Today, several districts in eastern UP will have cloudy skies with a possibility of light rain. Western UP will have dry weather. On September 26, isolated rain or thunderstorms are anticipated in western and eastern UP. The 27th, 28th, and 29th are likely to bring rain and thunderstorms to different parts of western and eastern UP. In Kolkata, West Bengal, 185mm of rain fell in just two and a half hours, causing flooding. Over the next 24 hours, light to moderate rain is expected in Bihar, Jharkhand, south Madhya Pradesh, south Gujarat, Vidarbha, Marathwada, Konkan, Goa, coastal Karnataka, Chhattisgarh, and Telangana. There is a possibility of light to moderate rain with heavy showers in some parts of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Odisha, and Chhattisgarh. Northeast India, Sikkim, and Uttarakhand may experience light rain.
