
Chaos unfolded during Rahul Gandhi’s visit to Raebareli. State Minister Dinesh Pratap Singh and BJP supporters staged a protest, attempting to obstruct Gandhi’s convoy. They chanted slogans, including ‘Rahul Gandhi go back,’ and sat on the road, leading to a confrontation with the police. The incident occurred in the Harchandpur police station area, near the Mahavir Degree College. The protesters blocked the Lucknow-Prayagraj National Highway. Dinesh Pratap Singh criticized Rahul Gandhi, demanding an apology for his statements concerning Prime Minister Modi’s deceased mother. He stated that Gandhi should have spoken out against the remarks and taken stringent action. The BJP workers demanded an apology from Gandhi to the mothers of the nation.
