He particularly questioned the government’s interference in personal dietary choices.
In his media interactions, Raj Thackeray questioned the justification for the meat ban on Independence Day. He stated that he has advised his followers to consume what they desire, emphasizing the absence of any restrictions.

He raised concerns about the government’s actions, questioning its objectives and authority to regulate food choices.
