Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to embark on a visit to Arunachal Pradesh and Tripura on September 22, 2025. During this visit, he will oversee the launch of numerous development projects valued at over Rs 5,100 crore in Itanagar, and will also address the public. Included in the agenda are the foundation stone laying ceremonies for two pivotal hydropower projects in the Siyom sub-basin: the Heo Hydro Electric Project (240 MW) and the Tato-I Hydro Electric Project (186 MW). The Prime Minister will also inaugurate a state-of-the-art convention center in Tawang. Further, he will launch infrastructure projects worth over Rs 1,290 crore across several sectors. The tour will then proceed to Tripura, where the development work of the ‘Mata Tripura Sundari Temple Complex’ at Matabari will be inaugurated.
