Authorities have booked Swami Chaitanyananda Saraswati, the manager of a private engineering institute, for allegedly molesting multiple female students in Delhi’s Vasant Kunj. Seventeen female students have accused the self-proclaimed spiritual leader, also known as Parth Sarthy, of sexual harassment. He is currently evading law enforcement. The alleged victims are students enrolled in PGDM courses under the EWS scholarship scheme at the institute. As part of the investigation, statements from 32 girls were taken. Seventeen of these accounts included accusations of abusive language, obscene messages via WhatsApp/SMS, and instances of unwanted physical contact. The Vasant Kunj Police have filed a case against Swami Chaitanyananda Saraswati under several sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). His vehicle, bearing a counterfeit UN number plate, has been seized. The police are actively working to apprehend him.
