The veteran BJP leader, Vijay Kumar Malhotra, has died at the age of 94. Malhotra, who served as the first president of the BJP’s Delhi unit, passed away Tuesday morning at AIIMS Delhi. The Delhi BJP released a statement expressing their sorrow.
