The weather in North India is transitioning toward winter, causing shifts in weather patterns. These shifts are resulting in health-related concerns for Delhi-NCR residents. Several districts in Delhi-NCR are experiencing overcast conditions today, with the sun partially obscured by clouds. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has provided a comprehensive update on the weather outlook for today. This forecast covers the expected conditions in the NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, and Punjab.
The monsoon has retreated from North India. The weather is evolving in numerous states. The Meteorological Department anticipates that Delhi-NCR will experience cloudy skies with light rain and thunderstorms, especially during the morning and afternoon. This is due to the influence of a western disturbance, with light drizzle also possible in certain NCR districts.
Light showers are predicted in 33 districts of Uttar Pradesh. The maximum temperature in the NCR is likely to be between 32 and 34 degrees Celsius today. Light to moderate rain is expected in Uttar Pradesh, with light showers anticipated in 33 districts until October 5th. The Meteorological Department advises residents to consult real-time rainfall updates before heading out.
Clear weather is predicted for Haryana today, but scattered rain is possible in parts of Punjab. Light to moderate rain is also expected in eastern Madhya Pradesh. Bhopal and Indore are expected to have dry weather. The Meteorological Department forecasts sunny conditions.
