The 69th death anniversary of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar was observed with deep respect at the district Congress office, Krishna Ballabh Ashram, in Hazaribagh. Nisar Khan, addressing the gathering, emphasized that Dr. Ambedkar devoted his entire life to social reform and the betterment of society.
