
A fatal road accident occurred in the Godda district of Jharkhand on the first day of Sharadiya Navratri, claiming the lives of three people, including a married couple. The accident caused immediate chaos at the site. Upon receiving information, the police arrived at the scene, took possession of the bodies, and sent them for post-mortem. The families of the deceased are now in mourning. The victims were returning after collecting Gangajal for the Kalash Sthapana ceremony when the accident took place.
The incident occurred in the Mahagama police station area. The car was traveling on the Mahagama-Ekchari main road when it veered off the road and into a gorge. Three occupants of the car, including a husband and wife, died at the scene. The deceased were identified as Jogendra Kumar Yadav, a resident of Mahagama Urja Nagar, his wife Bindeshwari Devi, and Kaushalya Devi.
