The tenth day of the ‘Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat-1/25’ national camp in Koderma was a resounding success, marked by profound patriotism and a celebration of India’s rich cultural tapestry. Guided by the Bihar & Jharkhand Directorate and under the leadership of Group Commander Brigadier S. Gopi Krishnan (SM) and Commanding Officer Vijay Kumar (SM) of the 45 Jharkhand Battalion NCC, the camp brings together 601 NCC cadets from diverse states like Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, West Bengal, Bihar, and Jharkhand. The day’s program prominently featured the National Integration Awareness Program, where cadets eloquently shared their regional cultures, traditions, and historical significance through engaging presentations and vibrant performances. The competitive spirit also soared with group dances, solo performances, and group songs, all designed to amplify feelings of nationalism, solidarity, and respect for India’s varied heritage. Lieutenant Santosh Kumar is actively bridging communication gaps by sharing camp progress online and addressing any issues faced by the cadets. The collective dedication of Cultural Coordinator Second Officer Abhijit Anand, Girls Cadets Instructors Shivani Sharma, Priyanka Kumari, Lieutenant Alice Minz, Third Officer Naveen Choudhary, and the nine accompanying NCC officers from other states is crucial. Ensuring the seamless execution of all activities is Subedar Major Arvind Kumar, assisted by JCOs Balwinder Singh, Jatru Tirkey, A.N. Thakur, Champa Murmu, Ghasiitaram, Ravindra Hebram, Chandrahass, and Havildars A.K. Mishra, Ritesh Kumar, Jagan Topo, Deepak Mahto, alongside Head Assistant Rajesh Kumar. This ‘Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat’ camp is more than just training; it’s a powerful testament to India’s unity, integrity, and cultural harmony.
