
In a touching ceremony, CMPDI in Ranchi observed Mahaparinirvan Diwas, paying homage to Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, the principal architect of the Indian Constitution, on his death anniversary. Director (Technical/CRD) Shankar Nagachari led the tributes by offering floral tributes to Dr. Ambedkar’s statue, a gesture echoed by numerous officials and employees from CMPDI’s Ranchi headquarters and Regional Institute-3.
During the event, the profound contributions of Dr. Ambedkar were remembered and celebrated. Nagachari elaborated on the significance of Mahaparinirvan Diwas, stating it honors Dr. Ambedkar’s lifelong dedication to the pursuit of equality, social justice, and the establishment of constitutional governance. He emphasized that the wisdom and ideals of Baba Saheb continue to offer direction to the community.
Nagachari encouraged all CMPDI personnel to infuse their work and lives with democratic values, finding inspiration in the teachings of Dr. Ambedkar. The program concluded with participants reflecting on Dr. Ambedkar’s enduring legacy and his vision for a society built on principles of equality.
