Hardev Kumar Yadav, an attendance clerk, has lodged a complaint against Shivlal Ram and three others, accusing them of assault at the Dahibari OCP in the BCCL CV Area. The incident reportedly happened while Yadav was on duty. According to Yadav’s complaint, the attackers also damaged the attendance register and took his mobile. The altercation stemmed from a dispute over attendance manipulation. Following the incident, the Joint Front met with Project Officer Debashish Chakraborty to seek action against the accused. The project officer confirmed that a departmental investigation would be launched and a case would be registered. Shivlal Ram could not be reached for comment.
