Key topics include fast-tracking investigations of sexual offenses, providing banking facilities in every village, and strengthening education and health infrastructure. The Jharkhand government may raise the issue of outstanding dues from Coal India and other public sector undertakings, estimated at ₹1.36 lakh crore. Security arrangements have been significantly enhanced across Ranchi. Traffic diversions will be in effect, including a ban on auto-rickshaws on certain routes. The meeting was initially scheduled for May but was postponed due to the tense situation between India and Pakistan.
