A horrific event unfolded in Lohardaga district, Jharkhand, where a man murdered his girlfriend at a fair before ending his own life. The incident has prompted a police investigation.
The couple, residents of the Serengdag police station area, were attending a chariot fair when a dispute erupted. The man, identified as Jaynath Oraon, is alleged to have killed his girlfriend with a sharp weapon. He then went to a nearby forest and hanged himself.
