
The Koderma district became a hub for administrative learning as trainee officers from the 100th Foundation Course arrived on Monday. Their visit is part of a crucial Field Study and Research Program organized by the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie. Deputy Commissioner Rituraj greeted the officers, emphasizing the importance of their practical training in the district. A key introductory meeting was held, where the Deputy Commissioner presided over discussions. Departmental heads presented detailed information on major government schemes, development projects, and welfare initiatives currently active in Koderma. This briefing is designed to empower the officers for their upcoming research and field assignments. Presentations delved into the district’s governance, resource management, socio-economic profile, and implementation strategies. The Deputy Commissioner encouraged the trainees to immerse themselves in the local administrative environment and gather valuable practical insights.
