The Jharkhand High Court addressed a petition challenging the assistant professor recruitment’s normalization process. The court subsequently instructed the JSSC to reserve 100 positions for para teachers and 14 for non-para teachers. The court also directed the JSSC to bring clear directives from the commission for the next hearing. Justice Deepak Roshan led the bench. The final hearing in the case is set for August 5th.
