Criminals in Jamshedpur carried out a daylight robbery, making off with 30 lakh rupees from a businessman. The incident took place in the Bistupur area near a Gurudwara. The victim, identified as Saket Agarwal, was stopped by the criminals as he was going to deposit money in a bank. Armed with weapons, the robbers stole the bag containing the cash. They then fired shots into the air to create terror before fleeing the scene. The City SP Kumar Shivashish, DSP Manoj Thakur, and other police officers arrived on the scene to gather information and survey the area. The police are reviewing CCTV footage and have formed a special team to catch the criminals. This robbery is the latest in a string of criminal activities in the city, following a jewelry shop robbery in Sonari earlier this week.
